Production Line Overview

Our state-of-the-art manufacturing facility is purpose-built for the high-volume production of premium steel products, including helical piles, ground screws, carport structures, and various custom fabrications.

The production process integrates advanced automated machinery with stringent quality control protocols. For helical pile manufacturing, high-frequency welders and specialized forming equipment create consistent, high-strength helical flights. The assembly lines for carport and structural components are designed for efficiency and modular construction, ensuring perfect fit and ease of installation.

A critical stage in our process is the application of superior corrosion protection. Products are either hot-dip galvanized, or coated with high-performance powder coatings, providing exceptional durability and longevity even in the harshest environments. ◉ 2009--The head office was established and began to provide packaging materials and other supporting products to domestic photovoltaic customers.

◉ 2012--Sheet metal factory put into operation.

◉ 2013--Opened a ground screw factory to provide ground screw products to domestic photovoltaic companies.

◉ 2014--Obtained ISO quality management system certification.

◉ 2015--Established the Photovoltaic Foreign Trade Department to enter overseas markets.

◉ 2016--The number of ground pile production lines has been increased to 10, with a monthly output of 80,000 pieces.

◉ 2017--The C/Z purlin production line was put into operation with an annual output of 10,000 tons.

◉ 2018--Introduction of automation equipment, production capacity increased from 15MW/month to 30MW/month

◉ 2020--In response to market demand, products have been fully upgraded.

◉ 2022--Pprepared a foreign trade company and fully entered the foreign trade market.
